Lyanna and Robert?  - hard to believe, way too many unhonorable things would have had to occur.

I'm only about 75% done with Storm of Swords, so my opinion may change, but I think it is probably Lyanna and Rhaegar.

I let some spoilers about ASOS go in another topic.  But I guess that's the chance you take in the 'Hardcore Spoiler section'. 

On Jon, I think he has to be a Targaryen.  It's all based on the TOJ scene before Ned's death in GoT.  What I find puzzling is why they left it out of the show?  Strange.

i can't remember where i read it but i tried to find it again, stopped after like 15 minutes, but rumor is Jon's mother (and possible true father) is mentioned or at least heavily hinted at in A dance with dragons.

I'm about 25% through Feast for Crows so I'm not as concerned about spoilers now. All I know is I have 14 days to finish it before Dance w Dragons is out Piece of lemon cake.
